WANG JING HUEI

Jing Huei completed her tertiary education abroad and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of the West of England. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2019. She now handles conveyancing matters namely transfer of properties, loan documentation, drafting of wills and other related agreements.

SHALINE RAJAN

Shaline graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B Hons.) from Multimedia University (MMU) in 2017. She commenced her pupillage under our senior partner Mr N. G. Vinod in September 2017 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 10th September 2018. Throughout her pupillage, she was exposed to various areas of the law mainly in Civil Litigation, Banking Litigation, and Family Disputes. Shaline joined our firm in June 2019 and is currently handling Medico-Legal Litigation and Civil Litigation matters.

MOHD DANISH BIN SHAHRIR

Danish graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B Hons.) from Multimedia University (MMU) in 2017 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on the 26th of September 2018. In his years of pupillage and practice, he is heavily involved in the areas of Civil Litigation which includes, but not limited to, general liability and bodily injury matters.

NURUL' AIN BINTI MOHD ALI HUZAIRY

Nurul’ Ain graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B Hons.) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2018. She completed her pupillage under our senior partner Mr N. G. Vinod in March 2018 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 24th April 2019. Throughout her pupillage, she was exposed to various areas of the law mainly in Civil Litigation, Banking Litigation, and Family Disputes. Nurul’ Ain joined our firm in June 2019 and currently handles Civil Litigation, Bodily Injury Claims – Insurance and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters.

KALAIVANI GOVINDASAMY

Kalaivani Govindasamy graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2012 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2013. She then pursued her studies and graduated with a Master of Law (LLM) from Universiti Malaya in 2016. Her legal practice consists of advising and representing property developers on developments relating to residential projects in Malaysia. She also represents companies and individuals on sale and purchase agreements relating to residential properties, commercial properties and lands in Malaysia. In the area of banking and finance, she regularly advises financial institutions in property financing including drawdown and perfection of loan documentation for both conventional and Islamic financing facilities.

NURUL ATIQAH BINTI MOHD SANI
Nurul Atiqah started reading law in her late 20s during her stint as a bank officer. She later found her niche in real estate sale and purchase transaction. She believes that to become a good lawyer, one must be quick in adapting to changes and view learning as a never ending journey.
Austin Wang Xiao Hua

Austin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of the West of England. He was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn as a Barrister-at-Law in the year 2018. Thereafter, he was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2019. During the pupillage, Austin was heavily involved in the areas of Banking Litigation and Civil Litigation. He currently handles Civil Litigation, Bodily Injury Claims – Insurance and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters.

Sydney Kok Yan Ting

Sydney graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Cardiff University. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in December 2021. She currently assists in the Dispute Resolution Department where she is dealing with Civil Litigation matters.
