SARAVANAN KRISHNAN

Saravanan Krishnan completed his L.L.B (Hons) Malaya in 2002 from University Of Malaya and has been admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of Malaya in May, 2003. Saravanan Krishnan thereafter has been actively involved in Property and Real Estate Law. He has advised property clients, predominantly institutions and private officers, on investment, asset management and development project for over 16 years. A seasonal ‘speaker’ at in-house property forums namely I-Property, he also advises investors in setting up Petrol Stations.


A Rotarian, and an avid traveler, he seeks to bring a difference to VSI with his wide knowledge.

N.G VINOD (MCIArb, MAIADR)

Vinod completed his tertiary education locally and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the Multimedia University, Malaysia. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August, 2010. As a Litigator, Arbitrator and Adjudicator for 10 years, N.G Vinod has helped his clients navigate through complex litigation and has achieved the best possible resolutions to the disputes. N.G Vinod is a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and certified as an Adjudicator by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). He also sits as an Adjudicator in AIAC Panel of Adjudicators for the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication matters under CIPAA 2012.

SATHIESH K. PURUSHOTHAMAN

Sathiesh completed his tertiary education locally and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the Multimedia University, Malaysia. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in June 2011. He then pursued and graduated with Master of Law (LL.M) from University Malaya in August 2015. Sathiesh is a specialist commercial litigator. He advises a variety of clients from private businesses to an international news broadcaster. Sathiesh advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

MOHAMAD SOFIAN SHAMSUDIN

Sofian Shamsudin has completed his L.L.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2011. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May, 2013. Sofian Shamsudin regularly advises both employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He also regularly advises and represents clients on procurement contracts in construction disputes, and has represented a large property development company listed in Bursa Malaysia as its litigator.
