Our Partner, Mr N.G. Vinod, presented on “Environment and Human Rights Degradation in Asia Pacific” during the session “Environmental Law 1: Transnational Environmental and Human Rights Risks” held on 12 October 2025.
Held in Hanoi, Vietnam, this year’s LAWASIA (The Law Association for Asia and the Pacific) Conference explored the theme “Transacting in the Asia-Pacific – Legal, Cultural and Environmental Challenges”, uniting legal professionals from across the region to examine how law, commerce, culture, and sustainability continue to intersect and evolve.
We are honoured to be part of this meaningful dialogue on how environmental governance and human rights continue to shape the legal landscape across the Asia-Pacific region.
